I chose KBJ Records over Larry Nix of Ardent Studios because KBJ gave me super high professional quality for a super-duper low price.  Simply put, KBJ Records has an unbeatable line of services with an unmatchable price!  That's not all!  The thing that I like most about KBJ Records is that  I can call to talk to them as a fan, friend, or client and there still be someone who picks up the phone.  I'm just saying that it's not all business with KBJ Records because they are truly fans of and major supporters of Memphis Music, no matter the genre.  They even offer free mixing tips on their website.  My biggest thing about the company is that its a one-stop-shop!  They do graphics, CD duplication, mixing, and mastering just to name a few of their services.  Since you brought up the topic of mastering, let me tell you about the affordability, which comes in 3 different prices ($25, $35, $45).  Can you say, "fits my budget"?  By the way, have you heard the song "All the Way Turnt Up" by major recording artist Roscoe Dash featuring Soulja Boy Tell'em; well KBJ Records mastered that song?  Want more proof; here are some Mastering Samples ranging from Roscoe Dash to K-Know himself.

Most of my fellow Memphians have their music mastered by Larry Nix, not because he gives a better quality, but because they're following trends instead of making them.  Let's be honest, the majority of Memphis artist have the slightest clue about mixing and mastering.  I had the same ignorance once until I found KBJ Records where they hip you to the technical side of music.
